Notice to students:
– mandatory items: acceptable ID, admission ticket, HB pencils (no mechanical pencils), sharpeners, erasers
– advised items: water bottle, snacks
– prohibited: any unauthorised materials (cell phones, electronic devices, revision materials etc.)
Health and Safety Requirements: All weekend test centers must adhere to local public health guidelines and follow College Board requirements:
- All students and staff are required to wear a mask or protective face covering during an SAT administration. Students will NOT be allowed in the test center without a mask, which is required for the duration of testing.
- Students must be seated at least 6 feet apart during testing.
- Students must confirm a series of statements prior to entering the test center or testing room.
- Students who violate the requirements put in place by their test center or College Board should be dismissed from the test center; if this happens their scores will be canceled and they will NOT receive a refund.

According to the National Emergency Commission’s decision Ulaanbaatar moved to the orange level until April 1st, 2021. In accordance with this Orchlon School is cancelling the March 27 SAT.
All candidates will receive an email from the College Board and will receive a full refund of their registration fee from the College Board.
NOVEMBER 30, 2020
About December 5, 2020, SAT:
According to the State Emergency Commission’s decision dated November 29, 2020, the December 5th SAT is cancelled. Students, registered for the December 5th SAT test, will receive emails from the College Board and will receive a full refund of their registration fee from the College Board.

Also, please take into consideration the following:
- This is not a simple matter for the 150 students registered to take this test or for the 15 teachers/employees who will administer the test. Student and teacher health is our main priority!
- Besides this, Orchlon International School has not received the December 5th test materials yet, the materials are still in transit. Due to the limited number of charter flights, the date to receive the test materials is still uncertain.
- We can not organise a make-up test on a later date in December because it is not allowed to use December 5th test materials and there isn’t enough time to receive new make-up test materials.
The Educational Testing Service/College Board has been informed about the situation in Mongolia.

The test answer sheets have been delivered to the Educational Testing Service. Good luck to all the test takers!
About December 5, 2020, SAT:
Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, there is a high possibility that the SAT may be cancelled.
- This is not a simple matter for the 150 students registered to take this test or for the 15 teachers/employees who will administer the test. Student and teacher health is our main priority!
- The test materials are still in transit. Due to the limited number of charter flights, the date to receive the test materials is still uncertain.
The Educational Testing Service has been informed about the situation in Mongolia. The final decision will be made on Monday, November 30, 2020.
